This sucks- They were closer than Fry’s, more knowledgeable, and much easier to work with. I bought a machine from them and got them to sell it with no OS or software packages for a discount. Try doing that at a big box store.

Just Great! I finally get a computer that works and people who said they would offer any support I may need, now leave me hung out to dry!
I loaded on Pinnacle’s ‘Studio Media Suite’ and I can’t use it because it says I don’t have administrative privileges. Administrator is the only account on the computer! If anyone has any suggestions, I’d really appreciate it.
